Returning your device for repair, calibration or trouble-shooting
We always aim at keeping turnaround times as short as possible by handling your instrument returns in a professional and safe manner. In order to guarantee that your returned device is handled according to safety standards, we require certain information from the 'Declaration of Hazardous Material and Decontamination' form (available as a download).
Please note: We can only begin trouble-shooting, repairing or calibrating returned products on receipt of the fully completed form.
Speedy and secure instrument return from the outset
When returning the instrument, fill in the “Declaration of Hazardous Material and De-Contamination” form and place it outside the parcel together with any other documents (if any).
Parcels received without the “Declaration of Hazardous Material and De-Contamination” form will not be inspected.
